Delivery
The cost of delivery is calculated automatically upon purchasing the products. The electronic system Moj Papir web shop issues a purchase order which contains the price of the purchased products along with the delivery cost. The cost of delivery is shown separately in your shopping cart right below the price of one or more ordered products.
Products which are marked “in stock” will be delivered throughout Croatia within 5 working days from the day the payment is visible on our bank account Moj Papir web shop, except in cases where the ordered products are not in stock on mojpapir.com (and you are ordering products “on request”); in this case the customer will be notified about the fastest possible shipping date.
The products are packaged carefully to prevent any possible loss and damage in transport.
If Moj Papir web shop is not able to deliver any of the ordered products, the staff of Moj Papir web shop will contact the Customer by telephone or e-mail to arrange product replacement or cancellation of the ordered product. All other products that have been ordered will be delivered.
The cost of delivery is charged automatically along with all the costs of the order and according to the tariff of the delivery service. All products are delivered by a delivery service within 5 working days from the day the payment is visible on our bank account – DCT obrt za dizajn i turizam (DCT is the brand holder of Moj papir).
The ordered products are packaged carefully to prevent any possible loss and damage in transport. Customer is obliged to check the parcel for any possible damage before accepting it, and any visible damage is to be reported immediately along with refusal of the said parcel.
Our products are delivered to all EU countries.
When the items are manufactured / prepared, you will be notified that they have entered the transport phase. After that, the transit time depends on the zone.
Delivery costs depend on the individual country and are visible in the shopping cart and on the purchase order and invoice.

Orders are delivered to customer’s home address. The deadlines for delivery do not include:
1. The day the order is placed
2. Any delivery delay due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address
3. Possible delivery delays due to force majeure, traffic jams or other unforeseen contingencies for which Moj Papir web shop and the shipping service are not responsible;
5. Non-working days and days when delivery of Moj Papir web shop orders is not performed.
2.d Returns / Complaints
In case you would like to return the purchased products you are obliged to file a complaint to DCT obrt za dizajn i turizam via e-mail, phone or in writing in accordance with legal conditions and deadlines.
The customer has the right to return the goods in the following cases:
– the received products were not ordered,
– the received products have a defect or damage,
– the received products are expired.
DCT obrt za dizajn i turizam is obliged to respond to the complaint within the deadline defined by the Consumer Protection Law.
