The ordering process is quick and easy:
1. Click on the product you’d like to buy
2. For each product you need to click “ADD TO CART”
3. Each time you add something to the cart, the system gives you the option to either review the cart by clicking on “VIEW CART” or you can continue with your shopping and complete the checkout process later
4. When reviewing your cart, you have the following options: “APPLY COUPON” (enter the discount code if you have one), “UPDATE CART” (change the quantity of each product) and “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”.
5. While you are browsing through multiple pages and products, the shopping cart is always available in the upper right corner
6. Once you are done with shopping, click on the “PAYMENT” button (step 5) or the “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” (step 4)
7. When ordering you can, but don’t have to, register as a user. You are welcome to complete your order:
– as a guest (no registration needed) – you just enter your details at the very end
– as a registered user (if you are a frequent customer) – the system saves your name and address so you don’t have to re-enter them each time
8. Follow this simple order completion process:
– select a payment method,
– read and accept the Terms of Purchase if you agree with them
9. Click on “ORDER” and the system will confirm the order is complete. An e-mail is sent to your e-mail address confirming the ordered products.
10. Within 24 hours DISITI webshop employees will confirm the ordered products and send a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive the confirmation within 24 hours, we kindly suggest to check your spam folder or contact us at disiti@disiti.com to check the status of the order (working days from 8 AM to 4 PM).
